The supernatural world agrees: Skepchick.org is a web site to avoid This week, The Bolingbrook Babbler debuts a new column, Web Sites to Avoid. Each month, columnist Andrew Kleinhelm will review a closed-minded skeptic web site so you don't have to. Occasionally we'll post one his video reviews on our web site. Kleinhelm starts off his series with Skepchick.org. This web site wants our daughters to think that horoscopes are fiction, psychics don't really know who their true love will be, and ghosts aren't spying on them! In the old days, we used to call this Socialism, but in our PC world, we have to call it Skepticism. Watch as Kleinhelm asks Bolingbrook's supernatural population what they think of skepchick.org, and then listen to him deliver the final verdict on this web site in denial. Please note: All stories and characters on this web site are works of fiction. |
