Sex site caters to DuPage Republicans
Site offers "discreet" encounters with fellow conservatives

Last week, Jill (not her real name), hosted a meeting of her eldest daughter's abstinence club. She also made phone calls to Iowa on behalf of Mitt Romney.  Jill also wrote a letter to the editor denouncing gay marriage, and a letter to her school board urging them to reconsider their decision to teach evolution.  For Jill, a life-long Republican and mother of two, last week was a typical week.

Last weekend, Jill attended a private house party.  She entered the crowded living room wearing a shimmering black nightgown.  Jill hugs and kisses one woman before whispering into her ear.  Seconds later, she bounces over to a man who just enters the room.  Their hips rub together as they sensually kiss each other.

Jill then danced with the other attendees, male and female, until a tall man in a suit entered the room.  Her jaw dropped as she stopped dancing.  Then she called his name, and leaped into his arms.  He caught her, and picked up her legs.  In the process he exposed her seat-less pajamas.  As the man carried her up the stairs, she cried out, "Spank me!  Spank me!  Give me the discipline my husband won't give me!"

Jill and the other attendees are members of an "adult" dating site that caters to DuPage Republicans.  DuPage Republican Sex Party creator Newt12 says he created the invite-only site to meet the special needs of Republicans.

"Before my site, Republicans who wanted to have discrete relations would have to go to unsecured web sites.  They had no way to be sure that the person wasn't a dirty-minded liberal who would leak the story to the press.  With the liberal media's hypocritical targeting of good men like Senator Craig, it just isn't safe for Republicans like us.  So I created this site so that like minded conservatives could meet in safer environment."

Newt12 also added, "When I was in college, we had lots of sex, watched the sorority sisters make-out with each other, and voted Republican on Election Day.  Then we enter the real world, and we're supposed to pretend we were celibate.  All my site does is allow Republicans a safe place to fulfill their sexual needs."

Kemp4Ever, who says he is not gay, enjoys using the site to find other men.  "On the other sites, I always met guys who loved being, 'gay.'  Here I find men who are just as ashamed of their evil desires as I am.  You shouldn't march around in the streets saying you (explicate description of gay sex deleted.)"

Newt12 would not disclose the numbers of members on the site, but said the numbers were sizable.  A brief survey by The Babbler did not reveal any elected county officials on the site.

When asked why these Republicans would be on what seems like a very unchristian site, the members we spoke to gave various reasons.

"Hey, I'm just a Republican for the low taxes."  Said Newt12.  "I'm no fan of the Religious Right.  I'd join the Libertarian Party, but they're crazy."

"I know I'm a sinner."  Said PatB190.  "But I have a personal relationship with Jesus, and no matter what I do, Jesus won't send me to hell because I accept him as my personal savior.  Besides its not like I'm (explicate description of gay sex deleted.)"

"It's not adultery if my husband shares me with other men."  Said Needywife1.  "Lot tried to share his daughters, and God didn't complain."

"9/11."  Said Bush08.

Jill, on the other hand, does feel some guilt for being on this site.  "I try so hard to be a good Christian, but I'm weak, and I have a problem.  My priest and I have worked out a plan to gradually reduce my need for sex.  I have to pray a lot, and give a lot of money to the church.  Oh, and don't tell anyone, but I've sometimes had buy a few indulgences when I've been really bad.  They're not supposed to do that any more."

Not all conservatives are pleased with this site.

"This is an example of the Giulianification of the Republican Party."  Said Babbler columnist Ted Tilton.

When asked about this site, an anonymous member of the Republican Party released this statement:  "We are not aware of, nor do we support this supposed sexual web site.  We are a moral party, and any attempt to link us to this web site will be met with swift legal and blogger retaliation.  Our bloggers may not raise as much money as the Democrats' bloggers, but they are good at aggressive confrontation.  They can easily shutdown your web site with a flood of angry e-mails, and they will expose any staff member who (explicate depiction of gay sex deleted.)"

The Babbler could not locate the DuPage Democratic Party for comment.
